We’ve been exploring angel numbers and how they give us different messages when we see them. While it can be exciting to look up at a sign and see an angel number, you could be wasting an opportunity if you don’t pay attention to what the message you’re given is and in some cases do something about it. So what should you try to do? Let’s figure it out.
Here’s what the Universe may be trying to tell you if you see 555.
The number 5 is all about change. While change can be scary to all of us, it’s probably not the type of change to be dreaded such as the destructive chaos that is represented by the Tower tarot card.

Instead, when you see the number 5 or, better yet, multiple 5s, the message is that change is ready to be a blessing in your life. Maybe there will be a change in the status of a relationship, as it moves from casual to serious. Perhaps it means a new romantic or platonic friendship will play a major role in your life. It may indicate a pregnancy or the birth of a new creative idea. If you’re having troubles at work, it may signify a new — and better — boss or perhaps a new job altogether. The key idea to take from the angel number 555 is that there is something new on the horizon that has the Universe’s blessing.
But there is a caveat when you are faced with something new. You have to make room for it by willing to give up what no longer serves you. That’s the work that’s inherent in seeing the angel number 555.
What should you do if you see 555
When you see repeating 5s, express gratitude for all of the positive changes that are occurring in your life. Here are some other actions to try:
Journal about your relationship with change. I can recall a time in my life when I wanted a new relationship. I was tired of being single and I felt like I deserved someone special in my life. Then, I met someone I liked who made their interest known and I turned him down for a date. When I looked closer into my actions I realized that though I wanted a new relationship, I was resisting the changes that were necessary for it to come about. By journaling about your feelings on change, you’ll see if you’re blocking your own forward momentum.
Get rid of something you no longer need. This isn’t the time for you to hoard. When you see repeating 5s, it’s a good time to clean out the closet and take rarely used clothes to Goodwill. Nature abhors a vacuum. When you create a void, something will fill it. Use this principle to your advantage by letting the Universe know you understand the message and you welcome the change that is about to come.
Carry a piece of Labradorite. Often called a stone of transformation, Labradorite is a good crystal to have around when you’re going through change. By working with this crystal after you see the angel number 555, you signal to the Universe that you’re open to its message.
