With the New Year always comes predictions for the upcoming 12 months. One of the most interesting things to read is about what different psychics have predicted will occur in 2014. Here is a sampling of what we found.
Sidney Friedman is a psychic who, according to his Web site, has predicted such past events as the East Coast Earthquake of 2011, President Obama’s election wins (against the odds), and the landing point of Hurricane Floyd. Among his predictions for 2014:
- Two natural disasters striking nearly simultaneously in the United States.
- Another pregnancy for William and Kate
- Texas turning blue in the 2014 Midterm Elections
- Great ratings for Oprah’s OWN Network
- Edward Snowden’s return to the United States where he will NOT face trial.

The Denver Psychic Development Group is a meetup group that publishes their psychic predictions for the New Year. Among their predictions:
- An earthquake in Northern California in May.
- Spring tornadoes will hit in places they don’t normally hit (think North).
- Queen Elizabeth will no longer reign.
- Earthquakes in the Midwest of the United States.
- Missiles from North Korea hit Japan. The world unites against North Korea.

Judy Hevenly, a Los Angeles-based psychic has these predictions:
- Hillary Clinton will announce her candidacy for president mid-year.
- Pope Francis hospitalized with lung infection.
- Chelsea Clinton announces pregnancy and gives birth to a baby boy.
- U.S. unemployment rate drops to between 6.4 and 6.8 percent.
- Breakthroughs in treatments of heart failure, staph-related skin infections and hepatitis C.

- Major earthquakes worldwide in places such as Indonesia, China and the United States (California).
- Flooding up the East Coast of the United States.
- More people will receive channeled messages from those who are deceased.

- People will begin to turn their backs on technology.

Nostradamus predicted a lot, and some believe he left some clues into 2014. Among them:
- President Obama would be America’s last president.
- Oil in the Middle East will be set on fire.
- The Poles will melt.
- War games at the White House.
- The end of the world. (I’m going to assume he’s wrong.)
