Auras have fascinated people for as long as humans have been walking the earth. Perhaps it is due to the mystical nature of them, or our innate need to explain things that are out of our so-called normal realm of reality.
Auras are energy fields that surround our bodies. They appear as clouds that change color, shape, and density depending on the person’s age, mood, and overall health. As a matter of fact, anything that is alive has an aura, including plants and other animals.
Some experts on the topic believe that although each and every one of us has a built-in ability to read auras, children have an easier time seeing them than adults do. Of course, youthful minds are far more open to any possibility imaginable. That being said, it is never too late to rekindle your natural ability to see auras. You can certainly teach yourself to see them with a few basic instructions.
Step One: Start With Something Simple. Human auras are by far the most complicated to see. It is always a good idea to start with something far less intricate such as a tree.
Step Two: Focus Your Vision. It is extremely important to focus your vision on the person or object. Using the tree example as listed above, sit down, relax, and focus your eyesight at the very top of the tree’s trunk. Allow your eyes to go slightly out of focus. This may be a difficult task for some people. If you find yourself in that category simply picture that you are focusing on an invisible branch that is located a few inches above the tree.
Step Three: Use Your Visual Perception. Shift your visual perception outward from the tree. At this point you will start to see the aura of the tree. Please keep in mind that plants do not have the same colorful aura as humans.
Step Four: Discover Your Own Aura. At this point you have seen the tree’s aura. It is time to apply the same techniques to seeing your very own aura. Place a light or lamp on either side of a mirror. You will need a mirror that allows you to see your entire upper body. Please note that the light should not reflect on the mirror. Sit down in a comfortable chair in front of the mirror. Adjust your vision allowing your eyes to go slightly out of focus. Concentrate on the area a few inches above your shoulders. You will start to see a thin white glow appear around your head. That glow is called your inner aura.
Step Five: Remember That Practice Makes Perfect. Once you are comfortable seeing the inner aura, progressively move your focus further and further out. You will be able to start seeing more and more of your aura including the various colors and shapes. Once you have that down pat start focusing on other people’s auras. Always remember that practice makes perfect, so the more you do this the better you will become at seeing auras.
