If there is one area of life where you can benefit from reading and interpreting auras, it’s the world of dating. And a red aura can be particularly illuminating.
For many of us, dating involves getting to know a handful of relative strangers and considering letting them into our lives. What is an aura?

Red aura meaning
If you notice that someone you are thinking about dating has a red aura, there are a number of ways to interpret that.
Red auras often signify passion. If you are looking for someone who enjoys life and throws him or herself into it, a red aura could be a good sign.
Red auras can also indicate a strong libido or someone for whom sexuality is very important. On that front, a red aura could be a sign that someone is only interested in sex, so if you spot a red aura you may be wise to go slow and see if the person is interested in getting to know the rest of you, as well. (Unless sex is what you are looking for; if that is the case, it could be a match made in heaven.)
If you know anything about astrology, those with red auras may often be your fire signs, who are passionate, take-charge individuals in life.
Red auras indicate a strong connection to one’s physical surroundings and material things. This may not be the person who will be interested in meditating with you and pondering the meaning of the Universe. They may be more likely to want to go explore and discover the meaning of the Universe first-hand.
Red auras and anger
Here is another thing to keep in mind. A red aura can signify anger problems, particularly if the aura is cloudy or murky. This may be someone who has a temper or worst-case scenario someone who has a capability for violence or abuse.
That’s not to say that everyone with red in their aura is abusive. In fact, that’s highly unlikely to be the case. But it’s certainly something to keep in mind when you’re first meeting someone with a red aura. It’s always good to be cautious and take your time getting to know someone rather than jumping into a situation impulsively.
When you are assessing someone with a red aura, keep the following tips in mind:
Note how much red is in the aura. A person whose aura is 95% red will have a different temperament than one who has a little bit of red and whole lot of white in their aura.
Note whether the aura is bright or murky. The cloudier the aura, the more likely the red is associated with the more negative qualities such as frustration or anger. A bright red aura could indicate passion and excitement.
Give your assumptions a chance to play out. Unless you feel strongly that you don’t want to be in someone’s presence (always listen to feelings like that), give someone a chance even after you’ve seen their aura. Since different colors have multiple meanings, you want to make sure you are receiving the message from the aura that you are supposed to receive.
