Telepathy is a powerful psychic ability and there are many ways a telepathic connection can be useful. But what’s the point in reading about telepathy if you don’t know how to use telepathic skills? Some of us are stronger natural telepaths than others, but we all can develop telepathy skills and learn to communicate with our minds. This telepathy exercise can help you to see how strong the power of telepathy can truly be.
This telepathy exercise is particularly helpful if you have some doubts about whether telepathy works. Maybe the concept of telepathic communication sounds fascinating to you, but you still have a hard time believing that you can communicate with people without saying a word. (We actually do this everyday but we don’t realize we’re doing it, and we haven’t trained ourselves to recognize telepathic thoughts when we receive them. Instead, we assume we’re hearing our own thoughts.)
For this exercise, we’re going to take the human connection out of it. We are going to focus on building a telepathic connection with a plant. It’s best to use a plant that you already have or to go to the store and purchase a small plant. If you don’t want to do that, you can choose to do the exercise with a tree or outside plant that you see on a regular basis.
At the start of this exercise, take note of the physical characteristics of the plant. Does it look healthy? Does it lean to one side? If it is a flowering plant, how many blooms does it have? How big is it? I’d even suggest taking a picture of the plant so you have a clear idea of what the plant looked like before you started the experiment.
The goal of this experiment is to send love and appreciation telepathically to the plant. You will see evidence that it is working because you will see your plants appear healthier before your very eyes. You will also develop telepathy skills at the same time.
For this telepathy experiment, you are going to communicate with the plant telepathically once a day for the next 30 days. (In order to enhance your psychic abilities, you have to be consistent. Doing something once isn’t going to yield you great results.) This doesn’t have to take long; in fact, it can take only a couple of minutes of your day.
Develop telepathy skills with this exercise
Go to a quiet space where you can focus on your breathing and quiet your mind. If there are a lot of thoughts in your head, don’t force them out of your mind. Rather watch them float across your mind, but don’t attach to them. Your mind chatter will begin to calm down. Once you feel calm and centered, go stand in front of the plant and send it thoughts of love and appreciation. You might say, “I love you, and I want you to get healthier and grow stronger.” Also, give thanks to the plant. You might say, “Thank you for being in my life and adding beauty to my everyday existence.”
That’s it. Take note of how the plant changes over the next 30 days. You might even take pictures of it each week so you can compare them.
Unfortunately, the opposite holds true, as well. If you were to say mean things to the plant telepathically on a consistent basis, you would notice the plant begin to shrivel up and become less healthy before your eyes. I don’t recommend doing this because plants don’t deserve mean thoughts just like you don’t deserve mean thoughts.
As you see the impact your thoughts have on your plant, let that show you why taking the time to develop telepathy skills and techniques can be a game-changer in your life. To learn more about how to use telepathy and other psychic development skills, join our free mailing list.
I’m definitely going to try this
Great, Betty! I’d love to know how it goes.
I have an ivy with one leaf I will try this. Thank you.
I think it really works well when you have a plant that could use some extra love.
