What if you could take a past life test to help you discover who you were in previous lifetimes? While there is no official past life quiz, there are some questions you can ask yourself to try to get to the root of the answer. In fact, you may be surprised by how much information you actually know.
Your past lives contain a wealth of information that can help you in your current life. In every lifetime, we have our share of challenges. Unfortunately, we don’t always overcome our challenges before a lifetime ends. In that case, a challenge can reappear in the next life so that you have the opportunity to overcome it at that time. For example, say you lived a life and your life challenge was to master patience. Perhaps in that past life, you are always impatient and you died without ever figuring out how to make peace with all of the things that you can not control. You might face a lot of situations in your current lifetime that test your patience because you are being given the opportunity to master patience now.
This is one of the biggest benefits of past life regressions and learning who we were in past lifetimes. With this information, you can apply the knowledge to your current lifetime and solve many of your biggest challenges and evolve in your life. A past life test can help you to do this.
How to Give Yourself a Past Life Test
The best way to give yourself a past life test is to go within, through meditation and ask yourself certain questions. Get a pen and a piece of paper, or you can use your journal. Go to a place where you will not be disturbed for awhile, and where you can concentrate. Write down the following questions:
What are my biggest fears?
Are there races and nationalities other than mine that I’m generally attracted to?
Are there races and nationalities other than mine that I have a strong resentment for?
What periods of history am I most drawn to?
What cultures am I most drawn to?
If I could be any historical figure in the world, who would it be?
If I could have a conversation with any historical figure in the world, who would it be?
What skills come naturally to me?
What subject matters am I passionate about and do I love exploring?
Clear your mind and set the intention to discover your past lives. Ask your Spirit Guides to help you to retrieve the information that will be most helpful to you in this current lifetime. Then ask yourself each of these questions above and write down the answers. It might be easier for you to record the questions and listen to them. It’s really your decision and it’s based on your personal preference.
Since this is a lot of information, you may do this in more than one sitting. Once you have your initial answers, go back over the questions again, and this time, ask yourself ‘why’ after each question. For example, for ‘What are My Biggest Fears,’ ask yourself ‘why are these my biggest fears’ and see what information comes to you. Go through each of the questions asking ‘why’ and again, take notes in your journal so that you can go back over the information at a later time.
Finally, in another setting, go into meditation and simply ask yourself, ‘Who was I in a previous life?’ See what comes to you. You may notice a correlation between what you get during this meditation and the answers you wrote down to the questions that you asked earlier. Trust the information that you get.
The best past life test is the one that you give to your higher self. The answers are within.
